a very productive meeting at the Tin Star.

Designations are a powerful business tool and
puts you in step with the top in the field,

Dave Christensen our President Elect attended
the Leadership Symposium on March 23rd this year.
It was a rainy week but the symposium was a big
success and Dave reports it was a great
opportunity just like any NARPM event is.
During one of the discussion groups he was
involved in
with the topic "how does NARPM help promote your
business?". The idea of using in your promotion,
such as your website, the list of things that
you have done to become an RMP came out, it's a
fabulous idea.
Dave brings back wanting to get in front of the
group and encourage more members to get the RMP
beside their name. Having his he knows the value
of the professionalism it shows to clients.
It also show commitment to the principles and
the NARPM organization.
The group did a Mystery Train ride that was the
entertainment highlight of the trip. Dave came
back prepared the take the chapter helm in 2008.

Our chapter will promote NARPM entering and leaving
the event with an information table and make a
statement to this sold out event. We will need some
volunteers for this.

the recent 3 articles our chapter wrote for
submission to be published. Each month we will
submit several articles. Start writing yours now so
you’ll have plenty of time to tweak it before it’s
due around the 10th of August. You can
see all 3 articles submitted this month and
we’ll track the ones that get published. There also
info on writing them. Forms to sign up for
committees and join NARPM or become an
Affiliate, all the forms are there. Also you ill
find the meeting archive so you can brush up
on meeting to had to be with a client through.

What policies do you have on a Tenant refusing
to allow the property to be shown the last 30 days
of a lease?
Are you taking deposit or what action do you do
take? Please send back your responses (reply to
all) and we’ll add the answers to the website. Our
lawyer advises the way the lease is worded it is
dubious to take it. We are looking for verbiage to
protect ourselves.

experience to offer. The next deadline for the
September/October is coming around

There are no specific word counts or topic
guidelines; anything that is interesting can be
included. This is a critical part of our point
campaign to show NARPM Greater Dallas is on track to
