Thank You so much Susan Albern. Our National Director came July 26th. A great turnout and some really great presentaion. “People, Personalities and Politics”, “Measuring Success”. Also “What is NARPM” We gave away education Scholarships and half off a new memebr ----Rental Home Plus and Texas Re-Key sponsoring.

Judge Al Cercone was a great event July 19th. He will be back in October and it is a great class. MCE accredited ~ Our chapter promoted NARPM entering and leaving the event with an information table and made a statement to this sold out event.  Member packets and news letters were made available. He will be talking on evictions at Metrotex.  See dallasnarpm.org for the flyer

Get your designation. -- The Aug designation classes in Ft. worth are co sponsored by Our Chapter, Aug 14th Marketing, Aug 15th Operations both 9-4. It is really important for our members to get to work on our designations; it will be a great tool and set us out from the crowd.  Make your plans now to work toward your designation. This is a great opportunity to push our chapter to the recognition goals we have for this upcoming year, but more importantly, for yourself.  Our point campaign depends on members getting designations; help your self and your business while you help Greater Dallas, what a deal.  DETAILS  This year is the best year do get the RMP, we need to get our side of the pasture signed up.  Mark is a fabulous speaker and mentor. Planning convention meeting, regular meeting time September 20th 11 am Metrotex

September 4th at 9:00 am at the Oak Cliff Chamber of Commerce located in The Bank of America building 400 S. Zang, Suite 110, Dallas, TX 75208. The subject of the meeting will be the "Rental Inspection Program."

MORE PAST EVENTS

NARPM Planning Session Was 07.11 a very productive meeting at the Tin Star. Some great Ideas to come out of it are ”Education Scholarships”. Get signed up for the Designation classes in FT Worth and you just might win it being paid for you. This is going to be an on going program to promote designations and education. Designations are a powerful business tool and puts you in step with the top in the field, no question about it. We have folks stepping up Suzanne Athney a past president was a brain storm. New members to Be Frank Gilliam and and new board volunteer Taylor Simonton

Another Great idea from the planning meeting “ASK THE ATTORNEY” --- Start sending your questions by e-mail so they can go to the Richard Armstrong our visiting Lawyer for the Aug 16th Regular meeting. We would like to have them in ASAP so he has time to process them. UPDATE we will also have a Dallas Housing Authority expert panel.
